Jiaozhou HR Bureau leaders visited Huazun Rijia for guidance
To further understand the labor needs and development plans of
enterprises, optimize the business environment, and promote high-quality
regional economic development, on the morning of March 14, 2025, a
research team from the Jiaozhou Municipal Human Resources and Social
Security Bureau visited Qingdao Huazun Rijia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter
referred to as "Huazun Rijia") for a special research session. General
Manager Yu and relevant department heads accompanied the visit and
participated in the discussion.

On-site Visit: Focusing on Production and Employment Status
The
research team first visited Huazun Rijia's production workshop, R&D
center, and employee activity areas to gain a detailed understanding of
the company's production processes, technological R&D achievements,
and employee working conditions. The leaders of the Municipal Human
Resources and Social Security Bureau highly commended the company's
investments in intelligent production lines, high-standard quality
control systems, and employee welfare guarantees. They particularly
praised the company's "people-oriented" employment management model,
which includes a sound salary incentive mechanism, vocational training
system, and employee care initiatives. During the visit, the research
team also engaged in cordial exchanges with frontline employees,
listening to their suggestions on policy implementation and corporate
management.

Discussion and Exchange: Sharing Insights on Enterprise Development and Talent Strategy
At
the subsequent symposium, Yu Zhen, General Manager of Huazun Rijia,
reported to the research team on the company's recent development
achievements and future plans. He stated that the company has always
regarded "talent-driven" as its core strategy, continuously optimizing
its talent structure through school-enterprise cooperation, skills
training, and the introduction of high-level talents. Currently, R&D
personnel account for 35% of the workforce, providing strong support
for product innovation and market expansion. He also highlighted the
company's layout plans in digital transformation and green, low-carbon
production, and put forward suggestions regarding the current needs for
high-end talent introduction and precise policy alignment.
The
leaders of the Jiaozhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security
Bureau fully affirmed Huazun Rijia's development philosophy and phased
achievements, emphasizing, "Enterprises are the mainstay of stabilizing
employment and promoting innovation. Huazun Rijia's experience in
standardized employment and skills training is worth promoting." In
response to the company's needs, the research team interpreted the
latest policies issued by Jiaozhou City, such as the "Several Measures
to Support Talent Development in Key Industries" and the "Special
Subsidy Policy for Job Stabilization and Expansion," proposing to
establish a "one-on-one" policy service team for the company to assist
in applying for talent projects, vocational skills training subsidies,
and other resources, helping the company further reduce costs, increase
efficiency, and unleash vitality.
Government-Enterprise Collaboration: Drawing a Blueprint for High-Quality Development Together
This
research activity built an efficient communication bridge between the
government and the enterprise. The leaders of the Municipal Human
Resources and Social Security Bureau stated that they would continue to
pay attention to the company's development dynamics, focusing on
employment pain points, and providing tailored talent through "online +
offline" recruitment platforms and customized skills training. General
Manager Yu Zhen expressed deep gratitude for this and pledged to take
