Mr. Wang mentioned that since last year's exhibition, the market situation in China has been very good, and our orders have continued to increase. The entire industry is in a hot state. Not only us, but also various textile machinery factories and supporting enterprises are very busy, even in short supply. At present, our production capacity is basically stable between 600 and 700 units, and this phenomenon is closely related to the energy-saving and emission reduction policies in the Shengze area of Wujiang. After many enterprises relocate to other places and shrink in scale, the government will not provide greater preferential policies. This makes it difficult for the enterprise to effectively reduce costs, which is also one of the reasons for the increase in our orders.
Secondly, the product structure has undergone changes. The market demand for filament products has increased significantly, and we have been focusing on the layout of the filament market in the past few years. Now, we have mainly launched two models -508 and 8100, both of which are suitable for producing high-density filaments. With the development of the market, yarn is becoming increasingly fine, and the demand for high-end products is constantly increasing.
Mr. Wang also mentioned that nowadays everyone is lowering prices and costs, but cost reduction should not be achieved at the expense of material quality, but through improving efficiency, adopting new materials, technologies, and processes. We should not only value the current product quality, but also focus on the future and concentrate on the research and development of high-end products.
