4、 Inspection every 6 months
Wear condition of pump plunger and pump cylinder
(1) When the leakage reaches more than 2% of the total water volume, replacement should be carried out
Check the wear condition of the valve assembly (discharge side, suction side)
(1) Confirm the state of reduced water volume during startup
(2) Confirm the injection timing using a stroboscope
(3) When the deviation exceeds 15mm, replacement should be carried out (replace the discharge side. If replacing only the discharge side cannot completely solve the problem, replace the suction side as well.)
Is there any detachment of the buffer component of the European connector?

Is there any wear and tear on the buffer components of the European coupler? Is the looseness not very large?

Check the wear status of the buffer components of the switching valve coupling (check every 3 months)

Is the clearance between the brake and rotor consistent with the reference?

Check the wear condition of the middle hook, hook hook, rod end bracket, open rod pin, and bushing in the comprehensive frame inspection
(1) When the wear is severe, the frame should be replaced (when the vertical deviation of the frame exceeds 1mm, the lining should be replaced)
Check the lifting rod of the integrated frame for any scratches
(1) Those with deeper scars should be replaced
Check the wear condition of various belt inspection timing belts and yarn end treatment belts
(1) Those with severe wear or deep scars should be replaced
5、 Preservation and inspection in the first year
(1) Add butter to the main motor.
1) The markings for engine oil and butter are hypothetical markings established to make the distinction between types and uses clearer.
2) When refueling, it should be added to the positions indicated at each refueling point. The usage is a rough target value.
3) Please do not use butter with high-pressure additive (EP) added to the main motor. Because this butter can cause the temperature of the bearings to rise.
(2) Please check if there is any roaring sound from the electromagnetic contactor.
6、 Preservation and inspection in the third year
Main motor temperature, sound, and shaft looseness
(1) Replace the bearings of the main motor (transmission wheel side: NU-207EV2)
Dehydration blower motor temperature, sound, dehydration capacity
(1) Clean the blade section and replace the bearing of the blower motor
7、 Preservation and Inspection in the 5th Year
Overhaul various bearings, oil seals, gears, camshafts, bushings, and pins
Inspect various cables for corrosion and leakage in electrical aspects, and check the contacts of various contactors
