1、 Daily inspection
Is there any abnormal sound?

Is there any smell of insulation material burning in temperature and odor?

Is the rotation speed of the yarn end processing false twist spindle normal? Wear and insufficient tension of the spindle belt
Can the mechanical weft cutter yarn be cut normally?
(1) The blade is not sharp enough to withstand pressure and wear
(2) Insufficient movement of the weft cutter
Is the looseness of the fabric edge on both sides normal?
(1) Deviation and degree of wear of planetary device timing
(2) Timing for cutting weft yarn
Is there any mistake in catching weft during dragging?
(1) Water rust adhering to the nozzle, nozzle orientation, and poor stabilizer

(2) Misalignment of the yarn guide plate

2、 Weekly inspection
Do curled wrinkles occur?
(Special attention should be paid to certain fabrics)
(1) Sliding state of brake disc
(2) Parallelism of the pressure roller
Oil break phenomenon on the surface of the pump cam
(1) Apply butter
Adhesion of pulp stains, cotton wax powder and other impurities between the discs of the yarn gripper
(1) It is necessary to pay special attention to the weft yarn with a high amount of slurry adhesion
The degree of adhesion of the composite frame, steel reed slurry, and oil agent:
(1) When parking for a fixed length, remove it by washing with water
Is the parking position of the electromagnetic brake normal?
(1) Residue of oil and foreign matter
(2) Poor wear and parallelism

3、 When the machine arrives
Is there any deviation in cam timing? Is the rotation and wear condition of the roller follower mechanism normal?
(1) After setting the loom power to OFF, rotate the handwheel by hand to confirm.
Is the pump stroke standard size?
(1) After setting the loom power to OFF, rotate the handwheel by hand to confirm
Is the spring pressure consistent with the set arrival timing?
(1) When operating the machine, use a stroboscope to confirm
Is there any damage or scar on the front end of the needle nozzle?
(1) Replace the needle nozzle
Is there any deformation in the stabilizer?
(1) Replacement of nozzle body
Is there any water rust attached?
(1) Clean the nozzle with cleaning solution
Is the direction of the spray (up and down, front and back) good?
(1) Confirmation should also be made when operating the computer
Is there any detachment of the buffer component of the European connector?
(1) Installation of connector buffer components
Is there any wear and tear on the buffer components of the European coupler?
(1) European connector buffer
Is the looseness of the European connector buffer not significant?
(1) Replacement of connector buffer components
What is the wear and tension condition of the power triangle belt?
(1) Make adjustments or replacements
What are the wear and tension conditions of the false twist spindle belt?
(1) Replace
Check the directionality of the yarn feeding body
(1) Up, down, left, and right
How sharp is the blade of a mechanical weft cutter?
(1) If there is wear on the blade, use a grinder to grind or replace it
Are there any loose nuts on the opening, connecting rod, connecting rod pin?
(1) Confirm using a torque wrench
Is the rotation of the edge brace smooth?
(1) Remove threads and pulp stains
Is there any bending phenomenon of the edge support needle?
(1) Replace the edge support ring
Is there any water rust attached to the yarn end processing sensor?
(1) Remove water rust
Are there any signs of wear on the fabric edge tube shaft, tube shaft liner, yarn guide rod liner, and tube shaft liner?
(1) Replace the tube shaft, tube liner, yarn guide rod liner, and tube liner cloth edge
Are there any signs of wear on planetary gear B, sun gear, and edge gear?
(1) Replace worn parts

4、 Inspection every 6 months
Wear condition of pump plunger and pump cylinder
(1) When the leakage reaches more than 2% of the total water volume, replacement should be carried out
Check the wear condition of the valve assembly (discharge side, suction side)
(1) Confirm the state of reduced water volume during startup
(2) Confirm the injection timing using a stroboscope
(3) When the deviation exceeds 15mm, replacement should be carried out (replace the discharge side. If replacing only the discharge side cannot completely solve the problem, replace the suction side as well.)
Is there any detachment of the buffer component of the European connector?
(1) Installation of connector buffer components
Is there any wear and tear on the buffer components of the European coupler? Is the looseness not very large?
(1) Installation of connector buffer components
Check the wear status of the buffer components of the switching valve coupling (check every 3 months)
(1) Replace severely worn parts
Is the clearance between the brake and rotor consistent with the reference?
(1) Adjust with an adjuster
Check the wear condition of the coiling friction roller
(1) Please refer to<5-3 Friction Roller (Re wrapping of Rubber Film Tape)>.
Check for adhesion of grinding powder, scales, oil, etc. on the brake lining tape when coiling it up
(1) It should be cleaned with a wire brush, banana oil, sandpaper, etc
Check the wear condition of the integrated frame guide rail
(1) Adjust the horizontal gap
Check the wear condition of the middle hook, hook hook, rod end bracket, open rod pin, and bushing in the comprehensive frame inspection
(1) When the wear is severe, the frame should be replaced (when the vertical deviation of the frame exceeds 1mm, the lining should be replaced)
Check the lifting rod of the integrated frame for any scratches
(1) Those with deeper scars should be replaced
Check the wear condition of various belt inspection timing belts and yarn end treatment belts
(1) Those with severe wear or deep scars should be replaced
5、 Preservation and inspection in the first year
(1) Add butter to the main motor.
1) The markings for engine oil and butter are hypothetical markings established to make the distinction between types and uses clearer.
2) When refueling, it should be added to the positions indicated at each refueling point. The usage is a rough target value.
3) Please do not use butter with high-pressure additive (EP) added to the main motor. Because this butter can cause the temperature of the bearings to rise.
(2) Please check if there is any roaring sound from the electromagnetic contactor.
6、 Preservation and inspection in the third year
Main motor temperature, sound, and shaft looseness
(1) Replace the bearings of the main motor (transmission wheel side: NU-207EV2)
Dehydration blower motor temperature, sound, dehydration capacity
(1) Clean the blade section and replace the bearing of the blower motor
7、 Preservation and Inspection in the 5th Year
Overhaul various bearings, oil seals, gears, camshafts, bushings, and pins
Inspect various cables for corrosion and leakage in electrical aspects, and check the contacts of various contactors
